BOSTON (June 14, 2016) – American Well, a leading national telehealth technology and services company, today announced it will appeal the decision of Judge Talwani in the District Court of Massachusetts to dismiss American Well’s patent suit against Teladoc. The lower court’s decision was just one event in a series of legal battles that are playing out as American Well asserts its patent rights.
