Case Study How the Defense Health Agency is building a transformative hybrid care delivery strategy

Amwell, in collaboration with the Leidos Partnership of Defense Health (LPDH), have come together to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to deliver a hybrid care enablement platform designed to connect seamless in-person, virtual, and automated care delivery. The program will help DHA move the Military Health System (MHS) toward becoming a “digital-first” healthcare delivery system. Together, Amwell and LPDH will enable the DHA to realize the benefits of a hybrid care delivery model, improving access for beneficiaries, reducing costs, and improving outcomes for the MHS community in support of the readiness mission.
