The Amwell Dermatology Care program, offered in partnership with DermatologistOnCall, helps you expand access to dermatology care to reduce time to treatment as well as unnecessary costs. Through a national network of board-certified dermatologists, most members receive their diagnoses within just 15 hours.
Members can receive a diagnosis and treatment plan typically within 15 hours. Amwell Dermatology Care offers store-and-forward capabilities that allow secure, asynchronous examinations.
Members can chat with their dermatologist for 30 days post-treatment for any questions. They can also choose to keep their primary care provider updated on the diagnosis, treatment plan, and have prescriptions sent to their preferred pharmacy for continuity of care.
Virtual dermatology provides a lower-cost alternative to traditional in-person office, urgent care, or emergency department visits. Reducing the time to diagnosis enables earlier, less invasive treatments and reduced costs.
