By using a smartphone, tablet or computer that has a webcam, Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal consumers can log into LiveHealth Online’s website or mobile app to visit with board-certified doctors, licensed therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists. These online video sessions offer a private and secure option for accessing non-emergency medical care and behavioral health support from the comfort of home.
