Cleveland Clinic Transforming Healthcare Through Telehealth

In September 2014, Cleveland Clinic partnered with Amwell to deliver urgent care telehealth to help improve patient access to care and address population health management needs. Flash forward to today, and the renowned health system has moved well beyond urgent care, offering chronic care, specialty follow-up care, behavioral health and remote second opinion visits via telehealth. Cleveland Clinic has also launched on the Exchange, expanding its clinical services to new patients.
