Nemours Children’s Health System, one of the nation’s largest integrated pediatric health systems, has long been a pioneer in virtual care. In 2015, Nemours launch its direct-to-consumer urgent care telehealth program, and has since expanded telehealth into primary and specialty care and has integrated it into a mobile app that combines the health system’s digital tools, technologies, and assets into one family-friendly experience.
